Information collected
Peptyed may collect contact details, billing and shipping information, organization, account credentials, order and support records, purchaser eligibility confirmations, newsletter consent, device and browser data, IP address, referring pages, interactions, and security logs. Full payment-card details are handled by the selected payment processor rather than stored by Peptyed.
How information is used
Information may be used to operate the storefront, create and secure accounts, review eligibility, process payments, fulfill orders, provide batch records and support, send transactional communications, prevent fraud and misuse, maintain records, comply with law, enforce policies, and send consented marketing with an opt-out.
Service providers and legal disclosures
Information may be disclosed to providers supporting WordPress and WooCommerce hosting, payments, fraud screening, shipping, email, support, analytics, storage, security, accounting, and professional advice. It may also be disclosed at the purchaser’s direction, during a business transaction, to protect rights and safety, or in response to valid legal process. Peptyed does not sell personal information for money.
Google Analytics and your choice
Peptyed uses Google Analytics 4 to understand site traffic and improve catalog, support, and research-planning tools. The Google Analytics tag loads only after a visitor selects “Allow analytics.” Choosing “Essential only” prevents the tag from loading, and the choice can be revisited through “Cookie settings” in the footer.
When enabled, Google Analytics may process device and browser details, approximate location, referring pages, viewed pages, and interactions such as catalog searches, saved stack plans, newsletter signups, carts, and checkout steps. Peptyed does not intentionally send names, email addresses, form contents, payment-card details, or other direct identifiers to Google Analytics. Retention and security
Information is retained as reasonably necessary for accounts, orders, tax and accounting obligations, fraud prevention, disputes, legal compliance, and policy enforcement. Peptyed uses safeguards appropriate to the data, but no online system is completely secure.
Privacy rights
Depending on location, individuals may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, withdrawal of consent, marketing opt-out, or appeal. Identity verification may be required and some records may be retained where law allows or requires.
Age and changes
The storefront is for qualified purchasers age 21 or older. Peptyed does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. This policy may be revised as practices and legal requirements change, with a new update date posted.
