Research use only
Peptyed products are supplied only for lawful laboratory, analytical, or forensic research. They are not medicines, foods, supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease. Products must not be administered to or consumed by humans or animals or used for therapeutic, diagnostic, household, veterinary, or recreational purposes.
Eligibility and purchaser representations
Purchasers must be at least 21 and appropriately trained to receive, store, handle, and dispose of the products. By ordering, the purchaser confirms a legitimate research purpose, compliance with applicable law and safety controls, accurate checkout information, and no prohibited resale, redistribution, or use. Peptyed may request verification, limit quantities, delay fulfillment, or refuse an order.
Orders, pricing, and payment
An order is not accepted until confirmed or fulfilled. Peptyed may correct catalog errors, update availability, limit quantities, or reject an order. Prices are in U.S. dollars; applicable tax and shipping are shown at checkout. The purchaser authorizes the selected payment and fraud-prevention providers to process the transaction.
Shipping and cancellations
Eligible orders are currently limited to United States addresses. Delivery dates are estimates. Cancellation or address-change requests must be made immediately and are not effective until confirmed before fulfillment begins. Orders cannot ordinarily be cancelled after shipment.
Returns, replacements, and product handling
Research materials cannot be returned to inventory after leaving controlled custody. Routine returns are not accepted after shipment. Verified damage, carrier loss, incorrect items, or shortages may qualify for replacement, reshipment, credit, or refund under the Refund Policy and applicable law. Batch-specific records control where they differ from general catalog information.
Site use and intellectual property
The site may be used only for lawful research inquiries and transactions. Users may not disrupt security, provide false information, scrape the site at scale, facilitate prohibited product use, or reproduce Peptyed branding and content for commercial use without permission.
Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site, content, and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without implied warranties. Peptyed is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability related to a product or transaction will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product, except where law does not permit that limit.
Indemnification and general terms
To the extent permitted by law, purchasers agree to defend and hold Peptyed harmless from claims arising from prohibited handling, use, possession, transport, disposal, resale, distribution, breach of these terms, or violation of law. These terms incorporate the Privacy and Refund Policies. Invalid provisions will be limited without affecting the remainder. Peptyed may update these terms prospectively by posting a revised date.
